In the past five years, employment has been top of mind across Ontario. As the province has navigated COVID-19, evolving socio-political climates, ongoing trade agreements, and the rapid introduction of artificial intelligence (AI), students and recent graduates have been struggling to find their footing within the workforce. This year’s Educated Solutions offers critical discussions and fresh insights into strategies to better support new graduates in their labour market transition.
