In October 2020, OUSA conducted a campaign to collect feedback from students who had taken online courses during the pandemic. 223 Students from all 8 of OUSA’s member schools shared their feedback and outlined the challenges they have been facing in an online learning environment. Students raised important questions about the quality of online education and shared ideas about how post-secondary institutions can adapt to COVID-19 and adequately support students to meet their learning goals. This report gathers the findings of the campaign and highlights student stories.
