OUSA is excited to release the first of a two-part report series, sharing results from our 2022 Ontario Undergraduate Student Survey (OUSS). This first report discusses post-secondary affordability, looking at student financial aid and employment trends. Unsurprisingly, results indicate that affordability of education continues to be a primary concern for students, especially under the conditions of a cost-of-living crisis. We hope that the longitudinal data presented in this report will serve as a reminder to all stakeholders that students are struggling to keep up with all the costs of their education, academic and non-academic.
